I hope that means 'Gone to Italy' because I have departed for a much needed and much deserved Italian vacation. I will be visiting my friends Ashley and Jason who followed their bliss to open up La Tavola Marche an agriturismo and cooking school in Tuscany.I will share more about the trip upon my return.

We vacationed in Tuscany and took a cooking class several years ago. It was a terrific vacation. I hope yours is equally good. You will be addicted to limoncello and cappuccino by the time you come home.
