On Monday I successfully defended my dissertation and then celebrated my birthday the very next day. I couldn't have given myself a better birthday gift than to add those three simple letters after my name, Ph.D!
I am so blessed by the outpouring of support and love from those around me.
It's bliss!

Thank you so much! I often thought of you getting totally immersed in one writing project or another and then finishing in a reasonable amount of time. There were times when I felt like I would never finish my dissertation and I was envious of how prolific you seem. But, you are right - I did it!

Pauline - Happy New Year and Thank You! Since this post I have been working on final edits and going through the format review process. It seems that everything is in order and I should graduate on January 15, 2015. Now perhaps I can get back to the blogosphere. Thanks also for checking in on me. :)
